Our process starts with our team conducting R&D batches of your product, followed by sending you samples for formula approval before scaling to engineering batch size. Alternatively, you can opt for production directly with one of our market-proven formulas.

Once the engineering batch is perfect, the approved recipe will be scaled to the desired manufacturing batch size, during which the prepared raw materials will undergo granulation, drying, degranulation, coloring, and be pressed into oval shapes oryour desired shapes.

After the finished pressed candy passes through multiple layers of quality selection, they are ready to be co-packed into disinfected packaging. Each packaging is filled, capped, and lot coded on the machines to ensure clear identification of product information. Subsequently, the pressed candy goes through metal detection equipment to ensure there are no metal impurities in the product. Finally, after all inspections and confirmation of quality, the products are boxed and prepared for shipment.
