Key checks include raw materials, weights, lot codes, batch records, and in-process metrics like temperature, humidity, pH, and in-process checks of temp, humidity, pH, water content, taste, color, smell, equipment cleaning, sterility, etc.

  • Third-Party Testing

    Third-party testing is essential for ensuring product safety and performance by preventing substandard items from entering the market and verifying adherence to industry standards, thus guaranteeing reliable outcomes through an unbiased process. We offer extensive outsourced testing options, including microbiology, caloric content verification, nutritional analysis, and specific microbial and bacterial assessments for all raw materials and finished products. All ingredients and products undergo rigorous testing before shipment to ensure quality and safety.

For each new recipe, we carefully check the quality of the individual ingredients and thoroughly test the flavor, scent, and consistency of the finished creation until the recipe is perfect and safe to be applied.
